Hulk cake

I loved making this cake for my friend’s son, but it did cause me some sleepless nights. We had planned Ollie’s cake for months, Spiderman, his favourite. The the week before Ollie decreed that Spiderman was no longer his favourite and he now loved Batman and Hulk. After a small panic I came up with this design to combine all three. I love the way it turned out and Ollie’s reaction to it. Turns out he did indeed know better than me and all three are much better than just Spiderman.

The hulk hand is made of solid green fondant, shaped and then coloured with dusts.
