Giant cupcake

I needed to practise making a giant cupcake for the base of my Disney Tangled cake I was going to be making a few days later. So my Dad bless him got one for his birthday, probably the most girly cake he has ever had. But he did what all good Dad’s do and loved it anyway. Anything he can eat and he is happy.
