Simple flower cake

This cake is not as complicated as some of the others I have made, but it is one of my favourites as I am big fan of ‘less is more’. Although you can’t see from the photo’s I spent ages making the white flowers and decided instead of making the centre of the flowers from black paste I would colour it black afterwards. BIG MISTAKE. Don’t use black dust on a white cake, it WILL go everywhere.
